We sat down with Roz Abbott, Trust MIS Manager from Richard Huish Trust, to see how she is getting on after many happy years with Bromcom. Richard Huish Trust are based in Somerset, consisting of 6 Schools and 1 sixth form college.
How did you feel when you joined Bromcom?
“I have worked in education for 23 years, 19 of those in an MIS capacity, in that time I have experienced many different software platforms and the support they provide to users. When my Trust joined Bromcom it was such a breath of fresh air to suddenly be exposed to a software that has a support system like nothing I have experienced in those 23 years in education”.
How does Bromcom’s support compare to other MIS providers you have used?
“Never have I received anything like the level of support given by Bromcom. Whether it be from my Customer Success Manager, the Helpdesk, Training or the Bromcom Community”.

“The Community is my “go to”, here I can get advice and experience from other users who are also at the “coal face”, this is invaluable. Not only is it a great way to pass on best practice, but it more often than not provides the an instant solution to my current pressing crisis!”
