Real-time insights, inclusion tracking, and safeguarding evidence that help you tell your school’s story with clarity and confidence.
A new framework that recognises your journey, not just a single headline grade.
From Autumn 2025, single-word judgements will be replaced with a multi-area report card, offering a fairer picture of school life. Instead of one headline rating, schools will be evaluated across six key areas:
Inclusion
Curriculum & Teaching
Achievement
Attendance & Behaviour
Personal Development & Wellbeing
Leadership & Governance
Along with the following areas where applicable:
Safeguarding
(graded separately as Met/Not Met)
Early Years in Schools
(where applicable)
Sixth Form
(where applicable)
Each area will be graded on a five-point scale, from Urgent Improvement to Exceptional, with Safeguarding judged separately as Met/Not Met. This shift puts joined-up evidence at the centre of inspection, recognising context, culture, and continuous improvement, as well as outcomes.
Evidence impact through smart data that works with you.
Bromcom’s Safeguarding Dashboard gives you a clear, real-time view of concerns, actions and outcomes, helping you demonstrate a strong safeguarding culture with confidence.
The new framework expects leaders to ‘set high expectations for all pupils’ and evidence support for SEND, disadvantaged, and children known to social care.
Bromcom helps you evidence inclusive practice through:
Create a culture where leaders and governors have the clarity they need to make informed decisions.
Share policies and documents consistently across your school or trust.
Align staff objectives with whole-school priorities, including Pupil Premium and inclusion.
Give governors and trusts leaders real-time oversight across multiple schools.
Download our Ofsted guide to see how Bromcom can make evidence clearer and preparation lighter. Our integrated MIS helps you evidence inclusion, safeguard your pupils, and demonstrate leadership oversight, all through the data you already collect.
