We even have an online forum for users – BromCommunity – where users can share tips and tricks for using our solutions, and ask fellow users and the community team questions about using the MIS.

We made switching simple.
1. Discovery
Our Onboarding team will reach out to book a Discovery Call where timeframes, requirements and migrating your data will all be discussed in detail.
2. Demo system
We will provide you with a demo/training system which you will use in conjunction with your training, webinars and courses to familiarise yourself with your new MIS.
3. Training
Once timeframes are established, next is training. The mandatory training must be completed by either you or one of your staff members as a pre-requisite to your data being migrated and going live with us.
4. Live migration
Once training is complete, we will migrate the data you provide into your brand new Bromcom MIS. The length of this process depends on your school size and existing MIS.
5. System handover and set up
With migration complete, your new Bromcom system is now handed over to you. There is some minimal set up you will be required to complete here (user accounts & permissions).
6. Go live
With all prior steps complete, you are now officially live with your new Bromcom MIS.
7. Transition support
You will be assigned a customer success manager who will help you during the transition to your new MIS with regular calls and 1-2-1 meetings. Beyond that, you will have full access to Bromcom’s helpdesk and our vast training resources.
