Dynamic Pupil Groups
Overseeing thousands of students can be difficult. Thankfully, our report groups can automatically add or remove students to their cohort based on rules of your choosing. They can be used to define at-risk groups based on a variety of performance factors, such as assessment and behaviour, or personal information such as FSM entitlement or english as additional language (EAL). Once configured, these groups will automatically add/remove students based on the filters you selected.
User Defined Panels
User defined panels can be used to manage student and staff details in a visually appealing, concise way. These allow for unique data items and occurrences to be monitored, such as recording the time medication is taken. If required, the data within user defined panels can then be emailed to parents, ensuring they are kept up to date with key moments.
Behaviour Classifications
Our built-in behaviour module allows for a more streamlined and nuanced approach to behaviour management. A big part of this is behaviour classifications, which can be used to breakdown a single, larger incident into smaller details. For example, a bullying incident may have contained swearing and hitting, and you can classify these within the single event rather than listing separate events.
