The day was broken up into two halves, with the morning focusing on MATs and the afternoon focusing on LA’s. Bromcom staff from up and down the country were present to engage and network with attendees in between presentations, including Managing Director, Ali Guryel.
Morning highlights included an illuminating talk about how Bromcom AI can help education leaders improve outcomes for students, plus a highly engaging session with Ian Gilsenan from Delta on effective use of data.
During break times attendees were able to enjoy refreshments and claim their free merchandise, as well as enjoy the stunning views from this iconic London venue. As the morning sessions drew to a close and Lunch was being served, guests for the afternoon sessions started to arrive which led to us hitting peak capacity.
After Lunch we heard from Ollie Burnett on how Coventry switched their schools to Bromcom – a real positive customer journey. Nick Finnemore and Michael Heard from Scomis shared their unique insights into the MIS sector, and future trends. Given how many new partnerships we have recently announced with Local Authorities, there was particular interest in these sessions.
Once all sessions were finished, guests came out to the lobby to enjoy a glass of fizz and unwind after a productive day. It was fantastic to see everybody engaging with each other, creating connections and soaking in the amazing venue and occasion.
After 5pm, all remaining Bromcom staff were invited to join us, making use of the venue for a well-deserved social event. Footage from each presentation will be released on our website and social media channels in due course. Special thanks to all of the speakers who contributed throughout the day, Ayoka Productions for their videography services, and to the Shard themselves for their hospitality.
